2 A degreed social worker willing to provide one hour of ldquofield instructionrdquo per week

3 There is another person who will act as a job supervisor

4 The agency is 100 supportive of the employee acting like a ldquostudentrdquo and not an ldquoemployeerdquo during those internship hours

Two Types of Job-Field Placement

1 Job Conversion You have been working at an agency for a while That agency is willing to have you intern within that agency doing a different job

2 Job-Related Placement You get a brand new social work position that can be used as an internship
