3. Product Supply and Transporta tion :-(i) The Product from the supply point shall be transported by the transporter

in a container or tank truck certified fit by the concerned authorities(Explo siv es and Transpo rt author itie s and o il company) to c ar ry th e p roductw ith a ccurate c alib ra tion a s c er tif ie d by t he We ights and Measures author ityand supported by delivery docum ents and deliver the sam e to the storageor dispensing point in the same condition as delivered to him by theorigin atin g su pp ly p oin t b oth in resp ect o f q uality an d q uan tity .

( ii) The tra ns po rte r s ha ll e ns ur e th at th e p ro du ct is tra ns po rte d o nly in c on ta in ersor tank truck s w hich are prop erly se aled .(iii) T he d ealer/con sum er shall insp ect su ch co ntaine rs o r tan k tru ck s in w hich
