TO TABLE OF CONTENTS

M.S. Aerospace Inc. was established on June 1, 1992, with some very big ideas. The original facility was located on FoothillBoulevard in Sylmar, California, coincidentally just a few miles from the current manufacturing facility.

The Company’s simple strategy was to position itself as a customer-responsive niche player in the high temperature, highstrength aerospace bolts, studs, pins and screws market serving the jet and rocket engine industry. The Company entered thismarket serving the most demanding customers in the industry manufacturing the most challenging and superior quality highstrength fasteners.

In the short term, the depressed aerospace market of 1992 and 1993 compelled the Company to distinguish itself by concentrating these core strengths: unrivaled quality, significantly shorter lead times and superior service. In this way, theCompany was able to maintain tremendous growth even during an industry wide recession.

M.S. Aerospace soon gained a formidable reputation as a manufacturer capable of consistently producing world-class fasteners in impressive lead times, with the integrity and documentation required by an increasingly demanding marketplace.

In January 1994, the original M.S. Aerospace facility in Sylmar, California was destroyed as a result of the Northridge earthquake. Although a profound blow to the start up company, M.S. Aerospace secured another building in Burbank,California and was back in full production by the beginning of February 1994, just two weeks after the earthquake, and justfour days after moving into the new building. This dynamic move and recovery exemplified the “can do” spirit which drivesthe Company today.

The process of rebuilding the Company began immediately and was successful beyond expectations. By the end of 1994, M.S.Aerospace has secured General Electric Aircraft Engines approval with a 100% quality rating.

The growth of the Company continued through 1995 and 1996, most significantly attributable to providing Pratt andWhitney and General Electric with impeccable quality jet engine fasteners in very short lead times.

Not surprisingly, M.S. Aerospace outgrew its Burbank facility and by the end of 1997, moved into a brand new purpose builtfacility in the Cascades Business Park in Sylmar, California.

Unabated growth of M.S. Aerospace continued, driven by the ability of the Company to provide its customers with an unrivaled level of service, and the very best critical-application aerospace bolts in the industry. During this period, theCompany gained ISO9001 and AS9100 certifications, NADCAP accreditations of its Lab and Non Destructive Testing aswell as many new OEM approvals.

Such was its rate of growth that in June 2004, M.S. Aerospace moved once again, still within the Cascades Business Park inSylmar, California, to another purpose built facility which more than doubled its previous space, adding a new NADCAPaccredited Thermal Treatment facility. In addition, the Company added in-house cleaning, passivation, lube and drilling, alldesigned to integrate the manufacturing process and elevate quality control even beyond its already superior status.

M.S. Aerospace continues to go from strength to strength, still serving the most demanding customers in the industry whileadding many high strength, high fatigue structural and landing system parts, medical parts, and other high performance partsto its portfolio.

As it continues to grow, M.S. Aerospace looks forward to serving its customers with consistent reliability, quality, integrityand service by continuing to build on its knowledge and experience in high strength, close tolerance and high temperaturefastener market. The commitment of M.S. Aerospace to continuing improvement is prominent in every business decisionmade, and the dedication of the Company to providing its customers with the very best product and service means its customers will receive the best value possible.
