MPSC User Manual – VLE
1. Overview
1.1 Introduction: This document presents an overview of the MPSC application
for VLE. It will give the overview of options available.
1.2 About MPSC Application :
This document will give the information regarding the main functions
provided for VLE.
VLE can use following options:
A) New User: How to create new user..?
B) Existing User: How to apply for particular exam with existing user..?
C) Update User Profile: How to update user profile of existing
candidates..?
D) Make Payment: How to make payment for candidate of already applied
exam..?
MPSC User Manual – VLE
A) New User
VLE can create new users (candidate logins) in the MPSC system.
Following are the steps to be followed for MPSC VLE Service
Step 1: Log on to the MPSC services link using username and password
provided.
Step 2: On successful login, the user will be able to see various options for
MPSC service.
Step 3: On click of New User option, the form will be displayed to register a
new user into the system, which will require basic information of user to
create user. (Candidate should make note of username and password)
Step 4: After successful user creation VLE will provide username and
password created for MPSC to candidate. After user name creation, system
will display a form to fill the details information of candidate to create user
profile which is one time activity for per candidate.
This will include candidate’s details like Personal information (Note for photo
upload: size should be width 3.5 cm X height 4.5 cm (130 pixels X 170 pixels &
less than 50Kb) , Contact/Address details, Category details, Other information
like Maharashtra Domiciled, disability etc., Qualification details, Experience
details.
After filling complete form, click on Submit. After successful profile registration
below message will be displayed.
B) Existing User
VLE can directly make application for particular exam on behalf of candidate in
the MPSC system using candidate’s username and password.
Step 1: On clicking of Existing User option, system will ask for candidate’s
username and password.
After entering valid credentials system will display list of Exam / post.
Step 2: To apply for particular exam / post, click on link “Click here to apply”
Step 3: After clicking on “Click here to apply”, if candidate is eligible for
particular exam / post then system will display application form of respective
exam / post.
After “Submit” click, if all mandatory information is filled then system will
display below message.
Step 4: After successful application, VLE can use “Make Payment” button for
make payment.
Step 5: On clicking of Make Payment button, system will display a summary of
transaction and will ask for VLE password to continue payment process. After
entering password, click on Continue button.
Step 6: After entering correct password system will display a Payment Receipt.
VLE can take print of it using Print button for user. VLE will click on Continue
to complete the payment process of particular application.
Step 7: On click of Continue button, system will display filled application with
status Paid with Transaction id.
Application with Paid status can be printed using Print button.
C) Update Profile
VLE can update the candidate’s profile (information) using Update User Profile
option.
Step 1: On clicking of Update User Profile option, system will ask for
candidate’s username and password.
After entering valid credentials, system will open the candidate’s profile in edit
mode.
Step 2: After updating the details of candidate, to save the changes user
should click on Submit button available at bottom of the form.
After successful saving of data, system will display below message.
D) Make Payment
VLE can make payment for candidates using their wallets. For this user should
use Make Payment option.
Step 1: On click of Make Payment option, system will ask for details like
Application no which is mandatory and will be displayed on candidates
Payment slip of CSC. User need to select Exam name by selecting Exam year,
Recruitment type.
Step 2: After click on Submit, system will display the candidate details for
confirmation before payment. To proceed to payment user can click on button
Proceed For Payment.
Step 3: On clicking of Proceed For Payment button, system will display a
summary of transaction and will ask for VLE password to continue payment
process. After entering password, click on Continue button.
Step 4 : After entering correct password system will display a Payment Receipt.
VLE can take print of it using Print button. VLE will click on Continue to
complete the payment process of particular application.
Step 5: On clicking of Continue button, system will display filled application
with Paid status with Transaction id.
Application with Paid status can be printed using Print button.
