MP Load Simulation
Presented in observing the Load Increment upon GPEH Record Activation during BH
Objectives
The aim of this document is to present the MP Load simulation with respect to the GPEH recordings under two different scenarios; where all event-selected scenario against the minimal requirement of 62* event selected run under the Networks’ Busy Hours
* : minimum requirement of input to Actix terminal

Test #01: a. All Event selected b. Duration: 2 hoursc. Pre-condition:
• Run under busy hours (12:00 – 14:00) & (17:30 – 19:30)• No other data tracing collection running in parallel on the RNC (to be confirmed
by OPERATOR A Team)• No Rehoming activity on progress (to be confirmed by OPERATOR A Team• No New site(s) configured on air during the monitoring (to be confirmed by

2. Test #02:
a. Several events selected as per Actix minimal requirements (62)b. Duration: 2 hoursc. Pre-condition:
• Run under busy hours (12:00 – 14:00) & (17:30 – 19:30)• No other data tracing collection running in parallel on the RNC (to be confirmed

Summary
Page 18
The simulation of MP Load on RNRTS06 has been done to observe the MP LOAD impact upon the activation of GPEH records for two different scenarios
Maximum increase for MP LOAD of 3.96% observed on TEST 02 due to the highest traffic level compared to that of TEST 01 and reference
Traffic increased by 6.63% and 12.31% for R99 DL and CS Erlang respectively when compared 26/7 to 23/7
Typical MP LOAD range for RNRST06 for the past few days: 24% ~ 30%, therefore it is considered safe to run the Recordings in longer duration
MP Load is significantly affected by the level of Traffic being handled in addition to other factors of Channel switching rates, Mobility, Attached/Detach rates, etc
