• We can cover the pool in order to place the art pieces on top of it.• The art pieces could be arranged around the pool on stands.

Cleaners before and after event Caterer Tall tables (x11 about) Table cloth (at least for the tables the Bagh is lending us) Ash trays/ With caterer? Cushions for the coffee room seats or anything to cover the benches Curtain/ Something to cover the little house right behind the pond. Flowers (for coffee room and middle of each tall table) Lighting for everywhere (Leila checked the time of sunset at this period and we will finally need it) + electrician (?) Microphone Speakers Stage Stand for stage Photographer/ Cameraman Art pieces stands Iran flag?? Auction hammer?
