In May 2011, an agreement was signed in the presence of Vladimir Putin to establish a

joint venture manufacturing road construction equipment in Russia.

In accordance with the agreement, JV deals with manufacturing, promotion and sales of Terex and RM

construction equipment and distributes the products in the Russian and export markets.
