Go to Company > Employee Access > Manage Access. Check employees individually or check the box on the top of the list to select all employees. An email address is required for employees to request their security PIN and complete registration Have your employees register for Employee Access Employees should go to myAccess.adp.com, and click “Register Now”. The employee will need to identify themselves and request a PIN to be emailed to them. Once the registration is complete, they can start using Employee Access immediately. To get them started, provide your employees the Getting Started with Employee Access Guide located in RUN Powered by ADP ® Help and Support > Getting Started >Employee Access Tools for Employees. Please note many states have certain requirements, such as, employers must obtain consent from their employees, in connection with direct deposit and/or the use of electronic statements. State laws vary and we suggest you review your state requirements with your HR and/or legal advisor to ensure you are in compliance.
