SYRACUSE, April 23.—John Hughesaged 60 years, shot and killed his wife,Hannah Hughes, as she was leaving StVincents de Paul's church in the north-eastern part of the city at noon yester-day. Elizabeth Lyons, aged 16 yearswas struck in the leg by a stray bulletwhile walking on the opposite side olthe street. Her injury is not consider-ed serious. She is the daughter of Johi.H. Lyons, a prominent box manufacturer.
