➊ Satellite, Target and Kill Vehicle Propulsion Systems Moog-ISP designs, manufactures and tests propulsion systems for satellite and missile attitude

control applications. Moog-ISP engineers specialize in rapid development and have built one-of-a-kind

monopropellant and dual mode systems for upper stages and target vehicles. Moog-ISP engineering are

experts in thermal and structural system analysis, flow analysis, dynamic testing of propellant loaded

systems, and system hot fire at altitude.

➋ Apogee/Upper Stage The LEROS 1 family of flight proven, bipropellant, dual mode apogee engines provides cost-effective

solutions to challenging satellite apogee and interplanetary missions. The Leros 1 family of engines was

qualified in the 1990's with more than 70 flown to date. The LEROS 2b adds MMH apogee capabilities

offering high performance in a coated columbium engine at an excellent value.

➌ Bipropellant ACS As a leader in bipropellant attitude control propulsion, Moog-ISP has more than 2,000 5 lbf and 2 lbf

thrusters flying in space on commercial and defense satellites. Moog-ISP has developed thrusters that

combine a low-cost, high performance injector design with a high temperature Platinum/Rhodium alloy

chamber. These 5 lbf thrust engines have demonstrated more than 1,900 lbm of propellant throughput,

at an Isp of 300+ seconds, as well as superior pulsing performance, with MMH or Hydrazine and MON.

➍ Monopropellant ACS – Thrust ranges from 0.2 to 400 lbf Moog-ISP offers a range of monopropellant thrusters suited for satellite and launch vehicle attitude

control. These thrusters have a successful heritage that dates to their original development by the

Hamilton Standard Division of United Technologies in the 1970’s. The product line was acquired in 2000,

and has been successfully manufactured in the range of thrust levels. Moog-ISP developed a 400 lbf

monopropellant launch vehicle thruster and demonstrated extended life operation.

➎ Propellant Tanks Moog-ISP has developed a family of rolling diaphragm tanks that are fabricated from commercially

available aluminum alloys providing a low-cost, reliable, short lead-time alternative to titanium propellant

tanks. This design and manufacturing approach has been scaled to tank diameters up to 31 inches

(79 cm) and is suited to applications that require precise CG control.
