    Event NotificationDifferent events may be identified bycolor or sound giving the user greaterflexibility in event identification.

    Automatic ArchivingAllows the user to determine when theSystem Log will be archived, andperforms the operation when necessary.

    Automatic/Manual BackupAllows the user to set up the AccountDatabase, Administrative Database,and/or System Log to be backed up tothe specified directory.

    Network SupportThe Account Dababase may be locatedon a network drive rather than on thesame system. This allows systems toshare the same Account Database andeliminates the need for duplication offile data.
