After 10 years out of the workforce, Jodi was challenged to
craft a new career. Her skills from Corporate Superannuation
Administration were really valuable but she was convinced that
the big gap of employment time in her CV would mean she was
being overlooked for positions. Retail was attractive as it offered
flexibility of location and hours of work but she had no confidence
in applying for positions without any experience. Jodi was so
grateful for finding the opportunity to join the Retail Ready
Jobs Program.
Jodi valued the practical placement to get a foot in the door
of her new employer and learn in a hands on way how to
operate in a retail store.
This could be you too!
