fantastic time swimming on Friday. Please

remember to pack your swimmers, and a towel

every Friday for sport. Homework started last

week and is due in on Friday’s. It is very

important to complete and return to the teacher.

KH will continute to work on writing this week and

Miss Budd

KB have had a wonderful start to the

term. It was fantastic to hear all about

their exciting holidays. We also had a

fantastic time swimming. Please

remember to bring your swimmers,

towel and 50c each week. This week in

English we are focusing on the alternate

ways to write ‘ee’ and the tricky words

‘away’ ‘then’ and ‘them’.

Miss Bartley Last week 1N were very excited to welcome Miss Buckley to our classroom. Miss Buckley is a visiting student teacher who is doing a 4 week internship teaching 1N. We really enjoyed the time Miss Buckley has spent with us and we are looking forward to the lessons she will be teaching. In Theme this week we have been discussing what the word celebrations means and what it might look like. Cheers Miss B

Miss Duiz I hope you all enjoyed your first week back at school. Remember that from now on we go swimming every Friday so make sure you bring you swimmers, hat, towel and suncream in a plastic bag with your name on it. This week we will be beginning our theme unit titled ‘Celebrations’. We will be exploring all different types of celebrations. I hope you all enjoy the week and keep trying hard to complete your work to the best of your ability. Cheers Miss Duiz

Miss Nixon What a fantastic and busy start to the term. It’s

great to see that everyone came back to school

with a positive attitude and ready to learn. 1H’s

attendance improved gradually throughout the

week and we even had 95% on Thursday! It is

important to remember to come to school

everyday, as there are many fun activities to

participate in, including swimming, which will

be on every Friday. Please remember to send

labelled waterbottles and hats with your

children each day, as the weather is starting to

warm up. Have a lovely week Miss Nixon

Early Stage 1 AP – Miss Budd Kinder Transition has started

again. This term it is for full days.

Students are to have their recess

and lunch. Please remember that

the students can be picked up from 2.30pm or they can catch the

transition bus home.

Remember it is very important to

attend school everyday. There is lots of learning still to be had in

term 4. Have a fantastic week!

Stage 1 AP – Miss Bartley

Just a reminder that infants will be swimming every Friday during their sport session, so students will need to bring their swimmers, hat, fifty cents and sunscreen in a bag.
