• The traditional method of looking for work involves reading job ads, pounding the pavement and sending out a lot of CV’s. While this is still an option, there are many other alternatives that may be more effective. Just remember, everyone's job search is different.

• The interview is when you want to tell the employer or admissions representative about your strengths, skills, education, and work experience. Knowing yourself - positively selling your strong points - is what is going to get you the job or admission to the college.
