    When working offshore most common is a 12 hours shift: 12 hours work, 12

    hours rest.

    Night shift 6 PM 6 AM

    Day shift 6 AM 6 PM

    Rotation schedule: 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off

    Differs over the world.
