A Model Innovation City™ is a turn-key, citywide literacy solution in English and Spanish that enables communities to prepare every child for kindergarten and every student to read proficiently by 3rd grade. Footsteps2Brilliance, Inc. has worked with the most innovative Superintendents throughout the nation to create Model Innovation Cities - - citywide literacy initiatives that use mobile technology to scale literacy apps and services in English and Spanish to every family within the zip code jurisdiction of the school district.  Footsteps2Brilliance has provided over $10 million in grants to these districts.  Our Hispanic students have read over 1,500,000 books, interacted with over 500,000,000 words and spent over 120,000 hours in literacy activities.
