Thank you for your interest in new homes at Branson’s Resort. Branson’s Resort has been a family run business since 1946. Our next generation of family management is excited to rebuild and return Branson’s Resort to the premier waterfront resort along the Parker Strip. Over the past recent years we have been working on updating infrastructure, and resort facilities. Over the next coming years we will continue to improve the resort and also add Modular Homes. Management has many exciting plans for the resort and will be sure to provide the foundation for endless future memories for you and your family. We look forward to working with you as we build and place your new home or home away from home. Branson’s Resort has many spaces available, current new space rental rates are $365 for single wides, $465 for double wides, and $525 for 3 bedroom units. The ordering process from start to finish takes 6 months to 1 year for home completion. To order a home 30% of the home price is required to place the order. The balance of the home is due 1 month prior to home arrival, and the remaining balance is due when the home arrives. Space rent begins one month after your home completion or move in date (whichever is first). Home sizes depend on space chosen, we have already mapped out what homes fit where on the property and space availability may depend on infrastructure updates.
