Quiet Hours

Navigation buttons are found along the bottom bar of the Teams app and contain the same features you would find in the desktop application of Teams.

There are three ways to download the Teams mobile app:1. Visit the app download store for your device to search and download (App

Store, Google Play, etc.)2. Utilize the internal Apps at Work to download (not available to all users)3. Use the Download the mobile app function in Teams, found by clicking on

the “…” to the right of the Command bar

By selecting General activityfrom the Notifications menu, you can select what types of activity should trigger a mobile app notification.

1. Click on your initials or profile picture icon in the upper left corner2. Select Notifications3. Click During quiet time4. Click on the switch next to Daily quiet hours5. Set your Start and End time,

a) Notifications from the Teams mobile app will be disabled during these hours every day (calls will still come through)

6. Select the Quiet days for which to block notifications for the whole day
