My ultimate goal as a photographer is to give you a fun, enjoyable experience during your photography ses-sion that will result in unique, amazing portraits. In order for the booking, photography session and order-ing process to run as smoothly as possible, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with my Studio Policies.

Session Booking

• Before contacting me to book your session, please review my studio policies & session information. You will find these documents as well as other useful information on my website, www.mlfrasephoto.com.

• You may book your session by email or by phone (see contact information above).

• Sessions are available on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.

• Portrait session fees begin at $175 but var y in price, depending on the type and length of the session. This fee pays for my time and artistr y, as well as pre-session consulations, session preparation, session photography, post-processing, ordering session and any addtional post session work.

• This hourly fee applies to all individual portrait sessions and groups of 5 subjects or less. A $10 fee will be add-ed to your session total for each additional subject.

• A non-refundable, 50% deposit is due upon booking your session. This deposit will be applied to your session total.

• The remainder of your session fee balance must be paid on or before the date of your session. Failure to pay this balance will result in cancelation of your session until the balance has been paid in full. Rescheduling of your session will only occur after your balance has been paid.

• A minimum order of $125 in printed products is also required for all portrait sessions. 9% sales tax will be added to all orders.

• Accepted methods of payment include cash, check, debit/credit card and PayPal.

• Payments made with cash and/or check will only be accepted in-person. Please make checks payable to “Mandy Luminais”.

• All sessions require a signed Conract and Model Release, which will be sent to you via email at the time of booking. Contracts and Model Releases must be e-signed and returned by email in order to secure your session date.

• Session fees are subject to change and are only guaranteed for 30 days after the initial quote.•

Session Information

• Arrive to your session at least 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to check your hair, makeup, cloth-ing, etc. before I start shooting.

• If you are running late for your session, please call me to let me know. Your session will be canceled if you are 30 or more minutes late and will be rescheduled at a later date.

• Bring all necessar y items to your session (change of clothes, props, snacks for kids, bottle of water, diapers for babies, etc).

• You are allowed to bring one additional person to your session who is not being photographed. Too many ad-ditional people can be ver y distracting for both the subjects and the photographer. This is especially important with children and pets. Parents are always welcome to attend if they are not being photographed.

• No cameras/cell phones or other photographic/recording devices are allowed during the sessions. No excep-tions! This is ver y distracting to the subjects and the photographer.

• All clients of MLFrase Photography must sign a model release. You may choose to allow me to use your images to show my work to other potential clients, or you may choose to decline the use of your images for promotional purposes.

Cancelation Policy

• Your session fee deposit must be paid at the time of scheduling. This fee is non-refundable.

• I will reschedule your session for free if I am notified within 48 hours of your original session time. If I am notified any later than 48 hours before session, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee.

• If you do not show up for your session and do not attempt to contact me you will for feit your session deposit and your session will be canceled without the option to reschedule.

• If I deem that the weather forecast will affect our portrait session, I will contact you to reschedule for a different time or date.

Returned Checks

• A $50 insufficient funds fee will be applied for any returned checks or declined credit cards per time submitted (to the full extent that the financial institution will allow), and late charges may be assessed in the event of a payment schedule.

Re-Shoots

• My goal as a professional photographer is to make you excited and happy with your photos. There is no charge for re-shoots due to technical issues (equipment malfunction, computer malfunction, etc.).

• However, due to the creative nature of what I do, I cannot offer re-shoots for any reason including dissatisfac-tion with clothing, facial expressions, hair, wind, or other items beyond our control. In the event that you would like to schedule another session due to one of the above reasons, I will offer a new session at 1/2 price provid-ing that the new session is scheduled within 2 weeks of your original session.

Online "Sneak Peeks"

• All client “sneak peeks” will be posted on social media and my blog within 3 weeks of your session.

• “Sneak Peeks” include 3-5 watermarked images sized for online display. These images are subject to copyright and may not be printed or altered in any way.

Online Galleries

• You will recieve an email with the link to your online Proof Galler y within 3 weeks of your session.

• Each galler y will include fully edited, retouched proofs of the best images from your portrait session.

• The number of proofs in your galler y will depend on the session package you have chosen.

• The purpose of your Proof Galler y is for you to preview your images before our in-person ordering session. You may not order images directly from this galler y.

• You may share the link to your Proof Galler y with family and friends as well as on social media sites.

• You may NOT share “snapshots”, download, or print any images from your Proof Galler y.

Ordering/Investment

• Upon completion of your edited proofs/proof galler y, we will schedule an in-person ordering session. Ordering sessions must be scheduled within 1 week of receiving your proofs.

• You may choose to have the ordering session at your home or in my studio.

• To ensure that your ordering session runs smoothly, please review all of your edited proofs and Product Guide before we meet.

• All print orders must be placed the day of your ordering session. If you fail to place your order, your proof gal-ler y will be suspended within 1 week. There will be a $25 fee for relisting your proof galler y.

• A minimum purchase of $125 in printed products is required for all portrait sessions.

• 9% sales tax will be added to all print orders.

• 50% of your order total must be paid at the time of your ordering session. The remainder of your balance is due when I receive your printed order from my lab. No orders/portions of orders will be delivered until your balance has been paid in full.

• You may pick up your order from my studio or have your order shipped to your home at an additional cost.

Digital Images

• With a purchase of any of my Portrait or Galler y Collections or $150 in printed products from my A La Carte menu, you may add digital images to your order.

• If you purchase an entire Digital Collection (25 images), no minimal print order is required.

• Digital images will be delivered via email or online galler y download unless a custom USB drive has been pur-chased.

• M.L.Frase Photography is not responsible for any lost or deleted digital images or USB drives.

• Digital images remain property of M.L.Frase Photography and are subject to federal copyright laws. Digital images may not be altered, shared or resold. Failure to comply will result in legal action.

• High Resolution digital images include a Print Release and may be printed at your favorite photo lab.

• Low Resolution digital images do NOT include a Print Release and may not be reproduced.

• Please note that unless printed products are purchased directly from M.L.Frase Photography, I cannot guarantee the quality and/or color accuracy of your prints.

• If you choose to order your own printed products, I highly recommend that you choose a reputable, profession-al photo lab.

Archiving & Image Care

• M.L.Frase Photography is not responsible for digital images that have been lost, damaged or deleted. after having been successfully delivered via email, online galler y download or USB drive.

• After receiving your digital images, it is recommended that you create a backup copy of your files on an exter-nal storage device (USB drive, external hard drive, etc.) and store your files in a safe, secure location.

• M.L.Frase Photography is not responsible for the damage or loss of any printed products after successful deliv-er y of your print order.

• After successful deliver y of your printed and/or digital images, M.L.Frase Photography will archive your session images on a studio hard drive for 1 year only. In the event that you need to purchase additional images, you must do so within one year of your session, and will be charged a $25 relisting fee.

Copyright

• All Printed and Digital images remain property of M.L.Frase Photography and are subject to Federal Copyright Laws.

• Printed images may NOT be scanned, copied, or reproduced in any manner.

• You may only reproduce High Resolution digital images that have been purchased with a Print Release. Low Resolution digital images my not be reproduced.

• Digital images may not be altered, shared or resold. Failure to comply will result in legal action.

Disability & Injury Release

• Your involvement and/or participation in a portrait session is voluntar y, as you will be acting under your own free will.

• Responsibility of your personal safety or well-being when you are participating in a photo session belongs to yourself and is in no way the responsibility of M.L.Frase Photography.

• By agreeing to participate in a photo session, you forever release Mandy Luminais-Frase, M.L.Frase Photog-raphy, and its employees from any responsibility relating to any injur y that may incur during your photography session.
