With rich experience in cooling tower design, manufacturer, usage and maintenance, Mison has produced MCT - Series FRP cross flowsquare type cooling tower through advanced international technology in thermal exchange.MCT Series cooling tower is dual air inlet. The framework structure can neatly select single unit or assemble several unit together accordingto installation site.In general, there are many characteristics in MISON MCT series cooling tower, such as good appearance, stabile structure, low noise, higheffiency of thermal exchange, long operation life, anti corrosion, saving water and so on.

The casing of the cooling tower is made of ultra resilient Fioeglass Reinforced Polyester (F.R.P) and is weather and chemical resistant.All steel companents are galvanized to BSENISO 1461:1999 to minimize oxidezation, thus resulting in a more durable cooling towerand longer operation life.

High efficiency and energy savingBy using the high quality PVC in-fill, MISON Cooling Tower MCT Series can resist corrosion and keep the original shape without anychange. The ladder-pattern design of in-fill not only allows hot water to flow more slowly within the tower, thus giving the hot water moretime to cool, but also allows cooling air to flow more smoothly. Moreover, electrical power consumption and operation noise level is furtherreduced by the application of powerful axial fan and specially-designed and evenly-spaced distribution basin.

Structure:

MISION Model MST-N made of ultra resilient Fibre-glass ReinforcedPolyester (F.R.P) and weather, chemical resistant cooling tower have been designed for durability.

Casing:

Polycarbonate and Aluminium Alloy (Adjustable Angle) Axial Flow Fanselected for maximum performance with high efficiency, low noise,electricity consumption and reliable operation.

Fan:

MISON supplied high quality Polycarbonate and Aluminium Alloy material are used on sprinkler head with improted bearing to extend the cooling tower life.

Sprinkler Distribution:

Are of special Fibreglass Reinforced Polyster (F.R.P) design to reduce carryover to the barest miniumum.

Elimanator:

The P.V.C. sheet filling is special design structure that maximize thewater surface contact area to ensure high efficiency of heat exchangewhile minimizing power requirement.MISON using V24 high quality In-Fill, can still operate normally at the temperature as high as 60˚C and high temperature PP In-Fill as 90˚C
