Ive been an MCT since 1999 and most of the

time Ive trained infrastructure courses such

as Active Directory and SQL Server. Abouttwo years ago I invested time in learning about

Microsoft Dynamics CRM. What I like about

Microsoft Dynamics training is that I get a

much broader view of how businesses work.

And, the type of discussions my students and

I have during training focus on business issues

as well as technical issues. I find training on

Microsoft Dynamics CRM very interesting and

believe it has made me a better trainer. Also, I

have found that having knowledge on MicrosoftDynamics CRM helped me to get engagements

other than training, such as implementation and

customization projects.
