2. HEALTHY FOOD People are concerned about their health Diets – especially woman go on diets

regularly Natural state – the closer a food is to its

natural state, the better it is for us.

So what should we eat? What should we drink?

2.1 Unhealthy Foods Battered and deep fried foods

Sugary sodas

Processed lunch meats

Greasy snack chips

Most canned spaghetti and ravioli

White bread and refined pasta

Sugary breakfast cereals

Frozen fried chicken, fish sticks and corn dogs

2.2 Healthy Foods Green and brightly colored

vegetables Fresh fruits and berries Dark leafy greens and lettuce Lean turkey and chicken Nuts, dried fruits and healthy
