14. Juanita Tooth then gave her impressions of the evening in her general evaluation of the meeting, including:

The first impression – no signage on arrival, nobody to greet the early arrivals. The initial recess for 5 minutes was appropriate, but the dinner recess went on

longer than planned. Should have declared a recess for 10 minutes. President should have welcomed guests at the start. Great educational session, which allowed us to laugh – laughter is encouragement. Table Topics had an element of surprise. TME explained well. Excellent evaluations.

15. The President then gave his closing words and thanked all the guests for their attendance. The meeting finished at approximately 9.50 p.m.

Speakers lost sight of the Word of The Day and in future should try to use the word in their speeches and assignments.

15. The President then gave his closing words and thanked everyone for their attendance. The meeting finished at approximately 9.30 p.m.

The Word and the Theme were used well Exceptional prepared speeches Should make sure visual aid was working. The guests should have been introduced by name or asked to introduce

themselves. He demonstrated this omission by asking the guests to join him and introduce themselves.
