MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE BARRINGTON HELD

OCTO3ER 1, 1963

1. Type, Date and Place of Meeting,

The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees for the month of October was held on October 1, 1963 at the residence of the Village President as provided by ordinance.

2, Call to Order.

The Board of Trustees was called to order by President Hubschman at 8:00 p.m. On roll call, the following were:

Present: President Hubschman and Trustees Tucker, Schleifer, Wlenecke, Nelson and Johnson,

Absent: Trustee Bnrtlett.

3. Presentation and Approval of Minutes.

The minutes of the regular meeting held September 3 were presented to the Board of Trustees for approval. It was moved by TrustpA Schleifer and seconded by Trustee Yelson. that the minutes of said meeting be approved as presented and that all action taken and all business transacted at said meeting as shown in said minutes be ratified and confirmed in all respects. On roll call, the vote was:

Yeas: Trustees Tucker, Schleifer, Wienecke, Nelson and Johnson. Nays: None.

MOTION DECLARED CARRIED.

4. Accounts and Bills Payable.

A report of the bills and accounts payable for the month of September, 1963, was presented for approval. (See file on "Bills and Accounts - 1963" for itemization of bills). The only bill payable was in the total amount of $149.10 for legal fees re: Cashmere property. It was moved by Trustee Johnson and seconded by Trustee Schleifer to pay the bill, in the tatal amount of .149.10. On roll call vote, the vote was:

Yeas: Trustees Tucker, Schleifer, Wienecke, Nelson and Johnson. Nays: None.

MOTION DECLARED CARRIED.

5. Communicatiens,

a) Letter from State Auditor's office read and referred to village attorney.

b) Letter from Ross, Hnrdies & O'Keefe, Attorneys, re: zoning read and referred to village attorney.

It was moved by Trustee Johnson and seconded by Trustee Tucker to Adjourn the meeting at 8:30 p.m.
