Ways of draft UN Regulation development

The main question - representation of missing annexes

Two ways of development:1.Use as a base GOST standards. The result - huge document. The requirements are not known in the world.

2. Use as base ISO, EN, UN standards. The result – this way can be applied only for two annexes. There is no international Requirements for other annex.

We chose a third way, and combine the requirements of GOST and international standards. The resulting structure is presented by the following slides.
