keep track of the group. It is advisable for everyone to wear these from the time of meeting in Heathrow
until we leave the airport back to London in Jeddah. You will spend four days in Madinah and then

then to the accommodation in Aziziah then to the European camp where you will find your tent and spend
the five most important days of Hajj performing the rituals. By Wednesday 15th
Zul Hijja 1441 H (5th
August 2020) and Thursday 16th
Zul Hijja 1441 H (6th
August 2020), you will be picked up again by the air-
conditioned coach for your return flight to London.
Please refer to www.easyhajj.com to view your flight details.
(Dates and allocations to be confirmed after Ramadan), around 25th May 2020.
o Check in at LEAST 4 hours before departure. o (Please note that reading and printed materials taken into Saudi will be subject to further search and
research on the source and the content. Sometimes the Saudi authorities will keep it for a day or two
or sometimes even more to look into it. So please, do not carry anything that might create problems
for you in the airport).
After arrival at Madinah airport the Pilgrims will be taken to the waiting hall in the airport. Please expect a
waiting period of between two and four hours depending on the number of Pilgrims coming at that time.
When your turn comes, customs agents will call you to the booth, they will check your visa and get some
information from you and then they will ask you to pick up your luggage (your luggage will be in the same
hall that the custom agents are in). You will pick up your luggage and proceed to the checkpoint where they
will conduct a routine search of all the bags.
From 22nd
July 2020 – 26th
July 2020, you will reside at TBC .. 4A stars hotel around 5-7 minutes’ walk
to Al-Haram Al-Nabawi Al-Shareef. Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah.
You will be praying at Masjid Al-Nabawi (Mosque of the Prophet Mohamed (PBUH). You will be taken by
our guide to visit:-
o Al-Baqe’a Cemetery (Men only)
o Quba’a Mosque for offering prayer
o Uhud Mountain (The Uhud’s battle)
o The Mosque of two Qiblahs (Qiblateen)
o The Seven Mosques (The Trench’s battle)
Enter into Ihram at Al- Miqat (station of Ihram) falls on the way. You may enter into Ihram from the hotel.
It is allowed to do so before Miqat but not after that point. As such we request that you perform Ghusul
(Ihram shower) at the hotel before leaving to Makkah.
While moving to Makkah, which is about 420 kilometres away, you should be in the prescribed state of
Ihram and should continue proclaiming Talbiyah as often as you can. When you enter Makkah, you should
be reciting Talbiyah with great enthusiasm and fondness.
Accommodation during your stay in Makkah will be in Azaziah. The reason for the choice of using the hotel
building in Azaziah over those close to the Haram is that we will spend most of our time away from the
Haram and at the tents. Additionally, all the buildings surrounding the Ka’abah have been demolished to
allow more space for the crowds entering the mosque. The Jamarat is located only 10-15 minutes’ walk
from this location. The Haram is 4km from Azaziah and the tents are 6-7km. The only rituals performed at
the Haram are the Arrival Tawaf (Tawaf Qudum) and Ifada Tawaf. Males and females will be
accommodated separately in the same building in Azaziah. The number of people per room will be
determined by the size of each room. We will operate on a first come first served basis (Early booking will
be in a less occupancies room).
You will reside at Makkah Al-Mukaramah Al-Azizyah Al-Shamalia *Sidqi Street (The way to Jamarat)
*Al- Ma’erefa Street *Opposite to Talha Ebn Obied Allah’s School *Beside Hamzah Mosque. The hotel is
situated 10-15 minutes’ walk from Jamarat. Feel free to use the hotel during your stay in Mina at anytime.
Rest and freshen-up after returning from Jamarats. After a short rest, you make your way to Al-Haram
(Ka’abah) to perform Tawaf Al-Qudom (Arrival Tawaf) and Sa’ae. After performing Al-Tawaf and Al-
Sa’ae, head back to the hotel.

Return to Mina to spend the next three days. You will throw the Jamarat and perform Qurbani (Zabiha –
Slaughtering). Some of the Holy places can be very crowded, particularly at the stoning of the Satans at
Mina. The crowds can be particularly daunting for the elderly or frail. Pilgrims can become easily separated
from their family or friends. Please make a note of the location of your camp and tent and agree a meeting
point in case you do become separated. The performance of Hajj is physically demanding even if you are fit.
After stoning Jamarat, you will leave for Makkah to do Tawaf Al-Ifadah and Sa’ae to complete Hajj rituals.
What to expect in Madinatu Al Hujjaj (Hajj Terminal)
After arrival at the Hajj Terminal the Pilgrims will be taken to the waiting hall in the airport. Please expect a
waiting period of between ten to twelve hours depending on the number of Pilgrims coming at that time.
When your turn comes, customs agents will call you to the booth, they will check your visa and get some
information from you and then they will ask you to pick up your luggage (Your luggage will be in the same
