ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by Central Government videNotification No. 186(E) dated 19th January, 2Ol7 of the Ministry of Labourand Employment the undersigned hereby declares that there shall be no increasein Variable Dearness Allowance for the period of 1.10.2017-31.3.2018 due to decreasein the average Consumer Price Index for the period January, 2017 lo June, 2017 lorthe workers employed in Agrlculture and thereby resulting in the VDA remaining thesarne as it was during the period of 7.4.2017 to 3O.9.2O77. This order shall come intoforce w.e.f. 0 1. 10.2017.
Therefore, the minimum rates of wages including the basic rates and VariableDearness Allowance payable w.e.f. 01.10.2017 to the employees would be sameas under:-
