This unique system will supply the Mill Room with its own homegrown lettuce making the restaurant completely self-sufficient in salad, which is a first in North America. The end result is ultra-fresh lettuce and leafy greens that go straight to the plate. The honey bees at Boar’s Head Resort are hard at work creating fresh, sweet honey.
