State Popularity After Gradation

By: Jesse Jones

After interpreting this map the class stretch over all

would like to stay within the eastern sea board and a

couple state on the west side of the 48 states as well as

Alaska and Hawaii. Majority of the class was dis likely to

move to the heart land of the 48 states. (Class Stretch)

When look at the men stretch for the class most of the

guys preferred living either out west or in the

Appalachian mountain region on the east side of the 48

states. And then for Alaska and Hawaii both where quite

the popular choice for living after graduation. (Men's

Stretch)

Over viewing the data on the main map of the 48 states most of

the girls throughout the class picked southern states like the

Carolinas, Georgia, and Texas. The colder states weren’t as

popular with the female gender in our class ranging from 1-4.

For out west the most popular state was California of course a

women paradise for shopping and the scenery throughout the

state is very appealing for living their new lives. (Women

Stretch)

When look over this specific map of the mean for all the

men in our class, on average the states out west had the

darker color overall. There’s a common trend of the

“heart land” state being the least popular. For the extra

two states Alaska was the most popular with the voting

on average for the men throughout the class. (Men Mean)

The overall student average picked living out west with

the darker reds. Surprisingly Hawaii was the most

popular state outside of the 48 states making think if it

had to deal with maybe more girls in our class having a

large vote throughout the class?? (Student mean)
