2. IMPORTANT REMINDERS:a. The bank transfer and other related fees have to be paid by the Conference Delegates.b. The conference committee is not responsible for additional bank charges and transfer fees.c. After sending your registration payment by bank transfer, scan the bank receipt and attach the PDF file in an email to:

(Note: Fill in NAME, so that we will be able to monitor your payment with your registration entry. Paper accepted to attend the conference as oral or poster presentation will be confirmed only after the registration fee is paid.)
3. Transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the conference office prior to the conference.
4. Any accepted paper included in the final proceedings is expected to have at least one author to attend and present the paper at the conference. Accepted papers that are not presented (“non-attendance” papers) will not be included in the final conference proceedings. It is noted that no refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.
5. Papers (oral or poster) accepted will be published in an ISBN proceeding.
