This book is dedicated to my wife and daughter—Karen andKatie—who supply me with love, friendship, respect, and bal-
ance. They are the most perfect people that Mother Natureever created, and I’m eternally grateful that their atoms andmine came together on this planet for the time that we havetogether. Life is a journey, and they are the perfect travelingcompanions. Thank you both for being wonderful, and for
putting up with my incessant puns.
