Project Overview:
A multi-tenanted SaaS application developed to boost prospecting, a key function of any sales oriented organization.
Features:
Prospect Management: A module to manage and process the prospects
Sales Cycle management: MS CRM 4.0 was implemented to manage leads, opportunities, quote(s), order(s), accounts and respective contacts.
Performance Monitoring: This was implemented to facilitate each user view their personal targets, status and achievements.
The application was developed as a game where each user gets points on performing certain tasks or activity which acts as a growth stimuli.

Personal Portal: Each tenant was provided with their own MOSS portal where they can manage own services.

Credit Card Refund Request Workflow Application
Project Overview:
The client needed a workflow application that automates their existing refund request process. The Credit card Refund Request Workflow Application provides a facility for online Refund Request to the client’s internal users and after the request is made, it waits for approval from Responsible users.
Features:
Refund Request Form (GUI):
The user interface of Refund Request Work flow’s is developed in Ms InfoPath 2003. This form is published over SharePoint site from where any user can access it using SharePoint site URL.
Event Handler:
This is used for all the approval related validation, like if any unauthorized user try to approve any form then it sends an email alert to that user and also it changes the status of the form as “pending”.

EDI- BizTalk
Project Overview:
The client required a BizTalk Solution to fetch data from AS/400 application & generate EDI message. The
scope of the project was to fetch the required data from the AS/400 application at a pre-defined time
interval, apply appropriate mapping to convert the input data to the required output message format and
email the EDI files to the customer. Features:
DMSDataService – A windows service reads data from the AS/400 database, after every predefined time interval & converts into XML file & puts it in a pre-defined input folder.
EDIEmailService – A windows service picks the file from the output folder & sends email to the respective customer.
