SPECIAL OPPORTUNITIESPRESIDENT’S BANQUETA highlight of the Annual Conference, the President’s Banquet on Monday night brings together all conference attendees for a meal and an entertaining after-dinner speaker.

A Lake Superior sponsorship entitles a firm’s representative to address the banquet audience and 5 seats at a VIP table for the event.

SHORELINE SOIREEThe 2019 Conference festivities will start in style on Sunday night. Attendees are invited to the Shoreline Soiree for complimentary beverages and appetizers.

EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIESThe cost to exhibit your products and/or services at the 2019 Michigan Counties Annual Conference is:

$875Deadline to register a space is July 19.

Each exhibit registration is allowed two people. To have three or more people, there is a charge of $150/person, beginning with the third person.

Exhibit space is approximately 6’ and includes a table and two chairs.

Exhibitor set-up is Sunday, Aug. 18 from 3PM to 5PM, or Monday, Aug. 19 from 7AM to 8AM.

Current MAC Corporate and Affiliate Members receive a $100 discount on an exhibit space. We have a limited amount of space for exhibitor booths — register early! Space is available on a first come, first served basis.

Cancellation Policy: Refund of registration fee, minus an administrative fee of $100, will be made if cancellation is necessary, provided written notice is postmarked no later than July 19, 2019. Absolutely no refunds will be given for requests after July 19, 2019.
