Special Projects:

SME for Cash Vault: At This time, I’m working with our Cash Vault Managers and Branches to reduce the number of errors when the customer submits there deposit to our Cash Vault.

IT Ticket Meeting: I was attending weekly meetings with our upper management and IT Group in regards to escalated issues pertaining to Cash Management products (open issues with the vendor). I update the staff with the current updates from the vendor, IT and Product Manager. (For Example: Any upgrades or mishaps we may encounter Internal).

Migration EDS: I was working with our upper management assisting with the migration of Electronic Deposit Service. The customer would need to update the software to the newest version. I will be assisting with the escalation /documentation process. Direct Transmission: I was working with our upper management with the escalation process of upgrading the Direct Transmission /Direct Dial up services for internal and external units.

Cash Vault Migration: Assisted upper management and product management with the transition of RBG and CBG Clients that were consider high risk by our vendor (Wells Fargo). New and existing clients migrated to a 3rd Party Vendor (Loomis) for Cash Vault Depository and Cash ordering Services.
