COMMUNICATION
M F T S E A ff a i r s S . A .
Creation of an Interactive Financial & Socio Economic Web-Site & potentially printed and published articles and exchanges
It is proposed that base Membership / Subscription, for the General Public at least, will be free but with teasers leading to different levels depending upon the users requirements.
Publicity will be allowed and encouraged for members who publish their performance within the comparison tables.
Initially the ‘business’ aim will be to cover the capital investment and day to day costs but there will be no limits following on from the potential success.
It is hoped to establish a ‘partnership’ with a local internet and paper magazine.

MFTSE – 6) RESOURCES & BUSINESS COSTS:
Initially the outlay for the building and hosting of the Web-site is estimated to be in the region of €30 - 35,000 which will be covered by personal capital injection and an IT partner, preferably based in or connected to Luxembourg and to be chosen following the initial tender.
The owner has personal cash flow and would not necessarily be making any drawings from the business which will be conducted from home until the demand and membership is established.
The content will be managed and controlled by the Managing Director and also provided through various partnerships and sharing schemes.
It can be envisaged that there would be ‘editors’ specialising in the different Financial and Socio-Economic domains in due course as well as the usual , technical, accounting and legal support.
