Founded in 2000, Metro knitting and Dyeing Mills Ltd (concern of Panam group) has quickly risen the ranks and
established itself as one of the industry leaders in the composite knitwear manufacturing sector in Bangladesh.
We believe that as a company we must consistently evolve with the market in order to best serve our clients.
Therefore, we have equipped our plants with the state-of-the-art machineries and highly experienced employees,
to match the quality & shipment standards set by our clients. Further, we believe that our employees are the

Shipment and Quality Policy
QUALITY POLICY: In order to ensure the highest quality level set by our clients, our workers undergorigorous training programs and are provided with detailed quality manuals. We have also set qualitycontrol KPI’s such as rejection percentage. We not only monitor the KPI’s but also proactively try toimprove on each performance indicator. For example, we have set procedures to identify real-timecause of defects and mitigate the issues in order to control overall rejects. These steps not only helpus improve our quality standards; it also improves the overall efficiency of the unit.
ON TIME SHIPMENT POLICY: One of our key performance goals is on time shipment of goods. In orderto achieve this goal:

Centralized Planning Department and IE team for optimizing production planning.

The range of fabric consists of mainly Jersey, Pique, Lacost (single & double), Rib (1×1, 2×2), interlock, Drop needle interlock, Flat back rib, Two thread fleece, Feeder stripes, Narrow fabrics etc. Our facility can produce Any Type of Knit Fabric, Narrow Fabric & Flat-knit Collar fabric.

ETP purifies the wastewater by removing toxic materials & chemicals from it to ensure pollution free water, which is then reused for multiple purposes.

Water Consumption:
We are using latest technology to reduce water consumption in
production process.
In past 7 years we have managed to reduce water consumption
by about 50%.
Effulgent Treatment Plant:
ETP purifies the wastewater by removing toxic materials & chemicals
from it to ensure pollution free water, which is then reused for multiple
purposes.
We have setup ETP’s across our manufacturing plants in order to lower
water pollution levels and reuse water to lower overall consumption
levels. Current capacity is at 200 CBM.
Green Factory:
We are setting up a state-of-the-art green garments' factory in Asulia,
Bangladesh. This is part of our initiative to reduce industrial pollution.
Infrastructure:
We contribute to local development of public roads, schools, etc.
