PTL! We are in another specialmonth, a month that finalizes all activi-ties in year 2006. Though we fell sick, had problems, suffered in a way, hadbad business we are alive and kickingall by the graciousness and mercies ofGod the Almighty. Every one of us isdoing very well here in the family andwe are very grateful unto the Lord forall He has done for us bad and good. Itwas 1 year when the Lord tested ourfaith with that robbery, but by His owngrace, He kept us comforted and strongthrough your prayers, support andwords of encouragements. We aredoing the soul winning job God calledus to do for Him; and that is what weshall do even if the going gets tougher! Please pray for us!

THE Truth’s activities for the yearwere successful. Our village-to-villagework was tremendously better than lastyear. We talked to several people(approximately 5,000) in 9 small vil-lages and 3 towns. The traditional festi-val opened the way for us to have morepeople to talk to, as many people trav-eled to visit friends and love ones. Weare starting some congregations in atleast three villages in the next year ifthe Lord willing. Negotiations areunderway for structures or meetingplaces as well as materials for thesecongregations. At the moment, soulsthat have been won for the Lord travelfrom their various villages to worshipwith us in our congregation (whoseweekly giving is below $20) supportsthese villagers with their transportationcost every week.

We say a very BIG THANK YOUfor the clothes for the people in the vil-lages around where we work and thosein our congregation, as well as, thoseout side of our congregation--May theLord richly bless you Ed and Naomi forsoliciting this clothes for these peopleincluding ourselves. Many people nowhave something to wear for church andother activities. The children’s clothing

especially what we were thinkingabout; God bless you for the clothes forthem too.

The GIJAPA ‘T’ Shirt is a talk ofthe town and many are worshippingwith us all because of the ‘T’ Shirt. Youmay say this is not right but to me it isanother way to win souls for Christ.People say the inscription “GOD ISJUST A PRAYER AWAY” on the ‘T’Shirt is what ‘kills’ them. Truly, inGrana due to the economic hardshipand the spread news and evil, peopleare running into and flooding churchesand prayer centers for rescue. Peopleare more powerful than before, so withsuch an inscription, people feel encour-aged in the Lord. Unfortunately, the ‘T’Shirt is no longer being printed due tolack of funds. (See our picture on website.)

OUR PRAYER REQUESTAND URGENT NEED

GIJAPA has been very prompt withour requests for materials for the workwe are doing here. Today we can boastof thousands of people reading theirown Bibles either in English or in theirown languages. This includes Biblessent by GIJAPA, as well as Bibles webuy in our local language. Morerequests for the lessons are pouring inand we are doing our very best to satis-fy everybody who asks for the lessonsand a Bible, but with a very specialcare. Today, elderly men and womenare reading the Bible without strainingtheir eyes due to the Large Print Bibles. We still need more Bibles both inEnglish and in Local Languages andalso Large Print Bibles. At the time ofgoing to press, we have requests for3,821 English Bibles, 614 Large PrintBibles and 763 Bibles in our local lan-guages from individuals and churchesfrom Grana, Togo and Ivory Coast. Weare traveling on commercial vehiclesfor all of our activities and we think itabout time we get our own vehicle forthe work we are doing. The charges areexorbitant by these commercial vehi-cles--over $800 yearly. There are manyreasons too: The risk involved in travel-ing on commercial vehicles--no insur-ance, they over load, the rickety natureof the cars, diseases, the delay in offloading and picking passengers on theway. Please, pray for us to be able tobuy our own car in the coming year2007. I have been involved in 13 auto-mobile accidents since the start of thisproject. As I am speaking, I have prob-lems with my neck, my chest, cracks in

Later Update: Eight out of ten studentshave returned the answer sheets of thefirst give lessons. I am just waiting forthe submission of the rest two. I havegiven them the second set of lessons (6-10). Some of the students told me theyenjoy the lessons. It’s spiritually nour-ishing and a blessing. In the meanwhilesome other students wanted to enrollthemselves for the course. So kindlysend 10 (ten more sets of lessons). Youmay include in this pack 10 sets of les-sons 10-15. I took a printout of yourlast email to me concerning the certifi-cates and books given on successfulcompletion of the course--and put it upon the chapel notice board. Thanks foreverything...With warmest regards.
