The Agonis Club of Columbus has had a perpetual presence in our community over the past 75 years in the involvement with central Ohio high school athletes and providing student-athlete scholarships. Their commitment to The Ohio State University Department of Athletics is longstanding and is a part of the football program and NOW THE WOMEN’S BASKETBALL PROGRAM. For the fourth year, we are offering you an opportunity to attend the 2013 Ohio State Women’s Basketball Team Tip-Off Event. You will visit with this year’s team along with New Head Coach, Kevin McGuff and his staff, attend a practice session, meet former Ohio State star basketball players, bid on live and silent auction items and win prizes. You will be served hors d’oeuvres and dessert in the Huntington Club and attend a question and answer session with the coaching staff. Also, you will be given a commemorative team photo that you can have autographed in person by the team that night! (please note: the team will only be signing the commemorative picture, no other items will be signed). The date of this event is Monday, October 28. Doors at the Schottenstein Center will open at 5:30pm with the practice taking place until 6:30pm. The price of admission is $40 for adults and $15 for students 13 and under. To reserve your ticket, please complete the attached application with your check made payable to Agonis Club (and/or credit card information) and send to Agonis Club, P.O. Box 14020, Columbus, Ohio 43214 by October 21. Your tickets will be held in will call and can be picked up upon arrival at the event on October 28.
