Bay of Stones Sauvignon Blanc SAThe palate showcases tangerine, orange peel and tropical fruit flavours, leading to a soft, textural and savoury finish.

Bay of Stones Chardonnay SAThis wine shows fresh melon and peach with subtle toasty oak on the nose. The palate is round and gen-erous, with fresh stone fruit, subtle oak and a soft, creamy finish. Serve chilled with seafood, chicken or creamy pasta dishes.

Deakin Estate Moscato VICDeakin Estate Moscato is light and fresh with sweet tropical fruit, green apple, hints of lime and musk stick.

The Grayling Sauvignon Blanc NZThis wine shows delightful ripe fruit characters of grapefruit, passionfruit and blackcurrant leaf highlights. The fruit aromas follow through as intense flavours, good palate weight and crisp acidity.

Brancott Estate Pinot Gris NZThis wine displays fresh ripe stonefruit aromas of peaches and apricots with Nashi pear and underlying tropical rockmelon aromas which follow through to the palate. The palate is rich, full and weighty with subtle spicy notes of nutmeg and cinnamon.

Red Wine

The Grayling Pinot Noir NZBlueberries and plum characteristics on the nose complexed with earth and toast oao notes. These flavours follow through on the palate and finish with dark supple tannins, hints of bitter chocolate, tobacco leaf, spice and oak.

Jacob’s Creek Reserve Limestone Coast Shiraz SAA full-bodied wine with big spicy black fruits taste, and subtle oak flavours with a silky finish. This is a beautiful accompaniment to red meats.

Campo Viejo Tempranillo SPAINRich in aromas and pronounced in intensity of the ripe red fruit which transitions to sweet notes of vanilla and other sweet spices. On the palate it is perfumed, soft and fresh with a long finish that leaves memories of red fruit, vanilla and cocoa.

Church Rd Chardonnay NZComplex and multi-dimensional, with a core of stonefruit and citrus, overlaid with aromas of roasted nuts, caramel, gunflint and smoke. The palate is powerful yet restrained with fine textured, great length and balanced fresh acidity.

St Helga Eden Valley Riesling SADelicate aromas of lime pith and white florals. The palate is refined and pure, with intense lime flavours

Stoneleigh Latitude Pinot Noir NZSmoky, spicy oak with black cherries and black forest berries on the nose leads into black doris plum, dark chocolate and berry fruit on the palate. The palate is rich, with soft supple tannins. A finely structured and textural wine.

Gramp’s Barossa Shiraz SASpicy black fruits with dark chocolate and licorice overtones, supported by well-integrated vanilla / cinnamon oak. The palate is rich and flavoursome, showing intense, sweet berry fruit flavours with a spicy edge; the tannins are full yet soft and well rounded, with a fine velvety texture.

Jacob’s Creek Double Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon SATannins are evident at first, before giving way to a mid-palate filled with ripe cassis, olive tapenade and complex briary hints.

Award winning Chef Brian Meade, has held the title of Executive Chef at HOTA, Home of the Arts, for over 10 years. Having travelled around the world, Brian’s knowledge of different cuisines inspires him when creating and preparing authentic dishes for his guests to enjoy.

For Brian, food is his art. He combines his love for Asian flavours, European styles and French cuisine to create unique dining experiences, whilst sourcing and serving fresh, high quality Australian produce.
