Movies for Mental Health
“What was your main takeaway?”
Mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of, it is
not my fault
Stigma varies from culture to culture
There is still a need to raise awareness
Mental health is important and
shouldn't be ignored. There are a lot of culturally related
assumptions about mental health and
illness
Don't hesitate to speak about
mentally illness
Be understanding
and kind
