    Based on the data above, there is a low correlation between the number of gravida and the

    age of menopause (r=.300). At 0.01 significance level, the study had a significance of 0.002. This

    indicates that there is a positive correlation between menopausal age and parity among Filipino

    women aged 40 and above; As the number of gravida increases, the age of menopause also

    increases.
