MEMORANDUM FOR SEE DISTRIBUTION

SUBJECT: Fiscal Year 2022 Centralized Selection List Review Decisions

1. The Fiscal Year 2022 (FY22) Centralized Selection List (CSL) review was completed on 20 July 2020. The review focused on CSL programs scheduled for FY22 incumbent rotations, as well as proposed new start positions. The resulting decisions are enclosed.

2. Under criteria specified in Title 10, United States Code, Section 1722, the determination is made that a member of the armed forces is required for CSL positions identified as "Mil Only" in Enclosure 1, either by law, essential for performance of the duties of the position, or for another compelling reason. These positions will be reported to the Secretary of Defense in accordance wi_th reporting procedures under Department of Defense Instruction 5000.66, "Defense Acquisition Workforce Education, Training, Experience, and Career Development Program," Change 2 Effective, September 13, 2019.

3. Active Guard Reserve (AGR) officers from the U.S. Army Reserve or Army National Guard selected as either principals or alternates will be slated and assigned to key billet positions as prescribed in the "eligibility" column of the enclosed FY22 Army Acquisition Corps CSL spreadsheet. AGR principals or alternates may not be activated, slated or assigned to positions that are not identified as eligible for their component in the "eligibility" column. All key billet selectees will be activated, slated and assigned in accordance with the "remarks" and "current Mil/SQ" columns of the enclosed spreadsheet.

4. Officers selected for promotion, while serving in a key billet position, vacate their CSL position upon promotion or completion of greater than 50% of CSL service, whichever occurs last.
