I.  Proceed to Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Main Building, P. Paredes St., Sampaloc, Manila for registration with

the following requirements: Registration period with PRC – November 12-16, 2012 only 

SUCCESSFUL EXAMINEES SHOULD PERSONALLY REGISTER AND SIGN IN THE ROSTER OF REGISTERED

PROFESSIONALS.

1.1  Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal

1.2  Current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)

1.3  2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)

1.4  2 pieces 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)

1.5  2 sets of metered documentary stamps

1.6  1 short brown envelope with name and profession

1.7  Pay the initial Registration Fee of P600

1.8  Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2012-2015.

II. After the registration with PRC, please proceed to PICPA Registration Centers on the following dates and venues:

•  CPAR Review Center, 837 F. Cayco St., Sampaloc, Manila November 12-23, 2012

•  CRC-ACE Review Center, 3/F C. Villaroman Bldg., P. Campa St., November 12-23, 2012 

Cor. Espana, Sampaloc, Manila•  RESA Review School, 5/F CMFFI Bldg., 813 Cor. R. Papa November 19-23, 2012

& Loyola Sts., Sampaloc, Manila

•  PRTC Review Center, C.M. Recto Avenue, Sampaloc, Manila November 19-23, 2012

•  PICPA Building, 700 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City November 12-December 3, 2012

Requirements for PICPA Registration are the following:

2.1 Duly accomplished “PICPA New CPA Information Sheet”

2.2 1 pc. (1” x 1”) photo with white background 

2.3 P600 – (P100 for the entrance fee and P500 membership fee for FY 2012-2013)

(½ of yearly P1,000 membership dues for new CPAs only)

2.4 P80.00 for PICPA ID and membership certificate

2.5 P70.00 for the souvenir program

2.6 P500.00 admission ticket per inductee for oathtaking ceremonies2.7 P500.00 admission ticket per guest for oathtaking ceremonies

III. Other requirements:

1.  All the inductees and parents/guests are required to be inside the Plenary Hall, PICC, Manila. The door will be closed at

8:00 a.m. for Batch 1 (A to J) and 1:00p.m. for Batch 2 (K to Z). Strict compliance is required.

2.  ONLY THOSE REGISTERED WILL BE ALLOWED TO TAKE THEIR OATH. Only paid registrants as of 

 November 16, 2012 with PRC and as of November 29, 2012 with PICPA will be issued their Certificate of Registration and 

IDs . 

3.  PRC Professional License and Board Certificate/PICPA ID and membership certificate shall be release after the Oathtaking

Ceremonies.
