Release two is underway• Electronic inpatient drugs charts,
pathology and radiology ordering• Pharmacology decision support
EhCare@eastern (Healthsmart) has improved patient outcomes
- Electronic ‘tagging’ of patients known to palliative care and other services allows sending of automated alerts to staff- “right person, right place, right time”

- Fit in with existing clinical workflows and develop new and better ones
- Resourcing for clinicians to be involved with health IT service development
