Energistics Knowledge Centre (EKC)

• Issues– Information is de-centralized across systems, laptops

and SaaS providers– Processes often are re-invented rather than replicated– Lack of a collaborative environment

• Solution – Sharepoint Services 3.0– Centralized system-of record– Collaboration environment allowing internal and

external access– Technology familiar to majority of users

• Approach– Phase 1 – Internal implementation– Phase 2 – Gradual migration of Energistics SIGs
