It is possible to pay in euros (€) – Invoice is made in Croatian national currency but we take the equivalent on the middle exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank of the date when offer was made

Code of Conduct for Members of the Croatia Green Building Council (CGBC) The obligation of preserving the natural environment CGBC Member is obliged, through his/ her/ its overall business decisions and activities, to effect the preservation of healthy natural environment and that he/ she/ it will, with the most contemporary approach and respecting the legislation, take care of natural resources of the Republic of Croatia. The obligation of preservation of the space Every person, including a Member of CGBC or a Member’s employee, is responsible for the cleanliness, beauty and preservation of the environment that surrounds them and whose inseparable part he/ she/ it is. To preserve environment in the same or even better shape for future generations, members of CGBC pledge to act in accordance with the urban, architectural, cultural and ecological principles for the benefit of territory of the Republic of Croatia. The obligation of CO2 footprint reduction With everyday behavior, in closed and open spaces, as well as in the field of transport, every person is able to reduce the CO2

footprint. CGBC Members commit themselves, with their individual activities, to effect on and change the awareness of people who surround him/her/it in the direction of reducing the CO2 footprint. He/ she/ it also obliges, with his/ her/ its own behaviour, help in achieving the objective of reducing the CO2 footprint in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Croatia. The obligation to protect water resources The Republic of Croatia, although very rich with water resources, has an urgent commitment to preserve water resources for future generations and to manage these resources in proper and efficient manner. CGBC Members commit themselves to affect, through their actions, the efficient management of water resources in all areas of private and business activities. The obligation to promote Green Building in all its aspects CGBC Members, through their own business strategies and ad campaigns, activities through public institutions and partnering business organizations, have the opportunity to promote the value and benefits of green building for the wellbeing of Croatian real estate market and its orientation towards sustainability modelled on the global practice while respecting the interests of the Republic of Croatia. The obligation to protect the values and accomplishments of the Association CGBC Croatia Green Building Council, since its founding in 2009 until today, has established itself on the Croatian real estate market and beyond, as a valuable source of information, knowledge and practice of application of green principles in construction. It has made numerous collaborations with academic, institutional, economic and public sector of the Republic of Croatia, as well as the student community and general public. The responsibility of CGBC members is to protect the interests of the association and all its members, in accordance with the Statute that is currently in force. The obligation of improving the organization's work with implementation of stronger principles of Green Building in construction projects in Croatia Croatia Green Building Council Members, in accordance with its business strategy and knowledge, information and business contacts, are required to contribute to improving the CGBC work, participating in the Annual General Assembly, the Board of Directors or Working Groups or through volunteer work within the framework of all activities of the Croatia Green Building Council.
