Vic thay i hoc thu gn ti liu s khng c php khi cha c s chp thun r rng bng vn bn ca Tp on Mitsubishi Electric Corporation.

    Cc sn phm dng MELSEC-WS c phi hp pht trin v sn xut bi cng ty Mitsubishi v SICK AG, H thng An ton Cng nghip, ti c. C mt s lu lin quan n bo hnh v thng s k thut ca cc sn phm dng MELSEC-WS cn ch .

    Thi hn bo hnh min ph ca sn phm s l mt (1) nm sau ngy giao hng hoc mi tm (18) thng sau ngy sn xut, bt k thi gian no ngn hn.

    Thi hn sa cha ln sau khi ngng/gin on sn xut s l bn (4) nm.

    Mitsubishi ch yu thay th cc sn phm cn phi sa cha.

    CC CNH BO AN TON (c cc cnh bo ny trc khi s dng sn phm.)

    Trc khi s dng sn phm ny, xin vui lng c k hng dn s dng (HDSD) ny cng nh cc ti liu c lin quan khc v hy lu tm n cc cnh bo an ton x l sn phm sao cho chnh xc. Trong s tay hng dn ny, cnh bo an ton c chia lm 2 cp:" WARNING" v " CAUTION".

    Trong mt s tnh hung, khng quan st k cc cnh bo a ra di k hiu " CAUTION" c th dn ti nhng hu qu nghim trng. Quan st cc cnh bo c hai cp v chng rt quan trng m bo an ton c nhn v an ton cho h thng. Hy chc chn rng nhng ngi dng cui s c HDSD ny v gi HDSD ni an ton tham kho trong tng lai.

    [Cnh bo v thit k] WARNING

    Khi b iu khin an ton MELSEC-WS pht hin li trong ngun in ngoi hoc trong chnh biu khin an ton, th n s tt cc u ra. Thit lp mch in ngoi sao cho cc thit b c ktni s b tt theo trng thi u ra (off) ca b iu khin an ton MELSEC-WS. Vic thit lp cuhnh khng chnh xc c th dn n tai nn.

    CAUTION Hy m bo rng ton b h thng s dng b iu khin an ton MELSEC-WS s p ng

    Vic cung cp in p ngoi ca b iu khin an ton phi c kh nng gim nh s c in trnmng in chnh trong 20 ms nh qui nh trong EN 60204.

    Cc module ca b iu khin an ton MELSEC-WS thch hp vi Loi A, Nhm 1, tun theo EN55011. Nhm 1 bao gm tt c cc thit b ISM c kh nng sn sinh hoc/v s dng nng lngRF ni vi dy dn cn thit cho chc nng bn trong ca thit b.

    B iu khin an ton MELSEC-WS p ng cc yu cu ca Loi A (cc ng dng cngnghip) theo cc thng s k thut c bn v "Interference Emission (nhiu x)".Do , b iu khin an ton MELSEC-WS ch ph hp s dng trong mi trng cng nghipv khng s dng cho cc mc ch mang tnh c nhn.

    Khng s dng cc b iu khin an ton MELSEC-WS nhng ni d chy n. Lm nh vy cth dn n ha hon, chy n do cc nguyn nhn chng hn nh h quang khi chuyn i r-le.

    CAUTION S dng b iu khin an ton MELSEC-WS nhng ni p ng c cc thng s k thut

    chung trong hng dn ny. Nu khng lm nh vy c th dn n b in git, ha hon, trctrc, h hng hoc bin dng sn phm.

    Cht module vo ray DIN. Gn khng chun c th khin my trc trc, hng hc hay ri module.

    B iu khin an ton MELSEC-WS ch thch hp lp vo mt t iu khin c mc bo vIP t nht l 54.Phng php lp t khng ph hp c th khin module b hng hoc b trc trc do bi tch thoc bm dnh ca nc.

    MELSEC-WS ang chy, hy c k cc hng dn s dng c lin quan v m bo s an ton.Cc thao tc online phi c thc hin bi nhn vin c trnh , tun theo qui trnh vn hnhc ch nh trong thit k.Hiu r cc cnh bo an ton c trnh by trong Hng dn Vn hnh Cng c Gim st v Cit B iu khin An ton trc khi s dng.

    Khng tho ri hoc iu chnh cc module.Lm nh vy c th gy hng hc, trc trc thit b, thng tch hoc ha hon.Mitsubishi khng bo hnh cho nhng sn phm khng do Mitsubishi hoc cc trung tm FA yquyn ca Mitsubishi sa cha hoc iu chnh.

    Ngt tt c cc pha ca ngun in ngoi cung cp in cho b iu khin an ton MELSEC-WStrc khi lp hoc tho module.Nu khng lm nh vy c th dn n hng hc hoc trc trc module.

    Sau ln u tin s dng thit b, khng tho module ra/lp module vo ray DIN, v khi u cuin/t module tng ng trn 50 ln (tun th IEC 61131-2 ).Vt qu gii hn 50 ln c th gy trc trc thit b.

    Trc khi x l cc module, hy chm vo mt vt bng kim loi ni t x tnh in t c thngi.Nu khng lm nh vy c th khin module hng hc hoc b trc trc.

    Khi vt b sn phm ny, hy x l n nh rc thi cng nghip.Vic vt b sn phm phi lun lun tun th cc quy nh v x l rc thi p dng tngquc gia (Chng hn nh Qui nh v X l rc thi Chu u 16 02 14).

    1 V ti liu nyHy c k chng ny trc khi tm hiu HDSD v lm vic trn b iu khin an ton MELSEC- WS.

    1.1 Chc nng ca ti liu ny i vi b iu khin an ton MELSEC-WS, c nhng HDSD dng trong cc lnh vc ng dng ring v HDSD (phn cng) cho mi module.

    HDSD ny trnh by cu hnh h tr phn mm v vic tham s ha ca b iu khin an ton MELSEC-WS. Ngoi ra, HDSD cn bao gm cc m t v chc nng chn on - chc nng quan trng cho vn hnh v cung cp thng tin chi tit nhn bit v loi b cc li. S dng hng dn ring thit lp cu hnh, vn hnh v hot ng ca b iu khin an ton MELSEC-WS.

    S dng chut ko cc module CPU vo khu vc Cu hnh. Module CPU c hinth c phng i . Cc ng vo/ra ra v thit b u cui c th nhn thy. Ccmodule CPU by gi ang c gray-out v cc module khc (module mng, module I/O) c th c chn trong ca s chn Modules.

    Di chuyn thm cc module I/O an ton trong khu vc Cu hnh. Cc mi tn mu xanhl cy ch ra v tr ca module mi. Mi tn mu xm ch ra cc v tr khc c th. ModuleCPU lun lun nm bn tri. C ti hai module mng i sau trc tip bn phi camodule CPU. Sau , module I/O an ton s theo sau. Cc module u ra rle an tonphi c t v tr xa pha bn phi.

    Kch chut phi vo cc module ring v chn Edit ... trong menu ng cnh. Nhp thtn mi (tn module) cho cc module tng ng v ng cc ca s bng cch nhnOK.

    Thay i v tr ca cc module sau bng cch s dng chut ko chng n mtv tr khc.

    Xa cc module t khu vc cu hnh bng cch kch chut phi vo module v chnlnh Remove module (Xa module) trong menu ng cnh. Ngoi ra, bn c th sdng chut ko cc module vo thng rc gc tri pha di ca khu vc Cuhnh.

    5.5.2 Cc bt trng thi module trong giao din cu hnh Phn cng

    Khi b iu khin an ton MELSEC-WS ang online (trc tuyn) (tc l cc Cng c gim st v Ci t c kt ni vi h thng), bn c th hin th cc bit trng thi ca mi module v cc gi tr hin ti ca chng.

    Nhp chut phi vo bt k module no (module CPU, module mng hoc moduleI/O an ton) v chn Edit ... trong menu ng cnh. Nu h thng ang trc tuyn, cc ca s hp thoi cho cc module c chn s m ra vi cc th tp tin Diagnostics b sung v tt c cc bit trng thi c sn cho cc module c chn v gi tr ca chng c hin th .

    Nhn vo nt Refresh cp nht cc gi tr ca cc bit trng thi module.

    5.5.3 Luyn tp thit lp cu hnh cc thit b c kt ni

    Cy la chn trong ca s la chn Element (b phn) c th c m rng vthu nh bng mt c click chut. Ty chn: Kch chut phi vo mt thit b v chn Editcurrent element trong menu ng cnh. Phn b Internal item number (s mc ni b theongi dng) nu bn mun. Internal item number ny c lu cho thit b ny.

    Chn mt s thit b t danh sch v ko chng vo khu vc Parking area (Khu vc tp trung).

    Lu Parking area (Khu vc tp trung) ng vai tr tng r nt. Bn c th tp hp tt c cc thit b cn thit y bn khng qun bt k thit b no trong qu trnh thit lp cu hnh. Ngoi ra, bn c th ko cc thit b trc tip t ca s chn Elements vo khu vc Configuration.

    Khi thit b c chuyn qua ng vo/ng ra ph hp, chng s sng n mu xanh lcy. Cng c gim st v Ci t t ng xem xt s lng ng vo/ra cn thit. tthit b vo mt v tr ph hp. Biu tng thit b by gi s hin th trong giaodin ti im ny. Ko thit b ti ng vo hoc ng ra ph hp khc hoc quay tr li khu vc Parking area Xa thit b bng cch kch chut phi vo biu tng thit b v nhn Remove trong menu

    Cch to ra mt b phn ty chnh : Trong giao din Hardware configuration, nhn chut phi vo b phn bt k (trong
