elissa Troiani.
I am a passionate Creative Designer based in London. Graduated in Graphic Design, I stud-ied Visual Art and Art Disciplines in Rome, one of the most artistic and in-spiring cities. The nature of my degree and my year of experience allowed me to develop my knowledge of the methodolo-gies of graphic design, publishing and adver-tising, computer graphics, photo editing and illustration, photography, video editing, digital video a motion graphic.During my first work experiences in Italy, I had the significant opportunity to exhibit at the House of Architecture in Rome.I then moved to London to improve skills and techniques followed by the need to be surrounded by a more challenging and creative environment, where after I developed an interest for the Motion Graphic I achieved a short course, certificate by the London College of Communication.At the moment I am doing an internship at Spider PR and looking for a Junior Graphic Designer Position.

MIMESIS-PEP is a computational tool which performs a n in silico synthesis of new putative peptidomimet-ics which are structurally and pharmacophorically similar to a bioactive peptide.
MIMESIS-PEP is offered as a Java standalone applica-tion, which ensures that the tool is capable to run on several platforms and operative systems.
Working with MIMESIS-PEP
You have a bioactive peptide, you know the list of key side chains or backbone atoms with a relevant role for the bioactivity. Your need is to synthesize new mole-cules with the same pharmacophoric properties.
How does MIMESIS-PEP work
1) MIMESIS-PEP takes as input the 3D structure of a peptide/protein, and a list of relevant side chains / backbone atoms.
2) MIMESIS-PEP then retrieves from an internal li-brary a list of fragments with same pharmacophoric features of the selected atoms; another internal li-brary of linkers is then used in order to perform the combinatorial synthesis of putative peptidomimet-ics compounds.
3) MIMESIS-PEP can also be trained with bioactivity data and can be used also for optimization of active peptidomimetics.
Other MIMESIS-PEP features:a synthetic feasibility score is calculated for each mol-ecule generated by MIMESIS-PEP.
