Basic Building Blocks3. Consistency �Q 3 “asks” a day will put your business into perpetual forward momentum.

�Q Ask someone to sample, host, look at the business or give a referral. Small, consistent daily actions will lead to huge long-term results.

�Q Get good at consistency. If you work your business consistently, you will never have to work it constantly.

�Q Consistently add to your “people pipeline” — the list of people you want to see each month — 20–40 people at different stages in the pipeline (beginning, middle, closing.)

4. Duplication �Q Arbonne is a team-building business — it’s about getting out of the Rat Race and into the Right Race, and that requires a team effort.

�Q If you’re having roadblocks in growing your organization, check for a crack in your belief — in yourself, in the company, in the products, in the industry.

�Q Arbonne is a “gift” you give people — a vehicle to become their best self, lead their best life.

�Q Width — no limit to how many people you can sponsor directly to you and get paid on! Set people up for success; help them learn the system and duplicate, and then continue to sponsor direct to you.

�Q Your Central is the lifeblood of your business AND your commission check.

�Q Depth — coach and help those in your downline, and then step back and have THEM step up.

�Q Break your Retail Volume goal into 4 weeks. Stay on track week by week.

�Q Erase “I will try my best” from your vocabulary.

6. Financial�Q Understand the SuccessPlan. Be able to communicate it in a simple way to others.

�Q Never leave money on the table, especially when it comes to things like bonuses.

�Q Keep a Consultant engaged by showing them how to bring home a commission check from the get-go.
