Our dedicated meeting room comes complete with state-of-the-art meeting facilities and a breathtaking view of Andaman Sea that is sure to inspire and impress. An ideal venue for small meetings, training events or conferences, the space offers incredible amounts of natural light and can comfortably accommodate up to 80 guests in various layouts.
Adjoining the venue is an ocean view deck and outdoor terrace that is ideal for holding refreshment breaks or even a sunset cocktail reception.

THE FUNCTION ROOM
Take in the beauty of our dramatic oceanfront location by holding your event on our large terrace – a open and scenic space with 180 degree panoramic views that is ideal for a gala dinner, fiery barbeque cookout under the stars or a sunset cocktail party. The adjoining restaurant and pool deck provides an enchanting backdrop for formal or casual evening events of up to 80 guests. Daytime events can also be accommodated when the climate allows.

THE TERRACE
Our Penthouse Sky Villa offers the ultimate in luxury living and exclusivity. The villa has been designed with sociability in mind and features expansive entertaining areas that fuse the inside and outside environments. Featuring unobstructed ocean views, this private and picturesque villa comes complete with a 14m infinity pool and is the perfect space for a range of lavish smaller events such executive board meetings, working lunches or intimate dinners.

THE PENTHOUSE SKY VILLA
Located in the underground chambers of the resort, our cobbled walled wine cellar offers the perfect ambience to taste some of the world’s finest wines in a setting reminisenct of the where the very bottles were produced. With over 200 labels, the wine cellar is a venue best suited to hosting a themed evening sampling world renowned wines and enjoying delectable Mediterranean cuisine over candlelit conversation.
With space limited to only 14 seats, the wine cellar is the perfect location for presentations, small gatherings to impress VIP clients or as a reward to select team members.

We are delighted to be able to offer something truly unique to Kata Rocks that is sure to set your event above all else and deliver your guests the ultimate luxury event experience. During the peak months of October-May, why not host your private event onboard one of the most beautiful and exclusive super yachts in Asia. Thanks to our onsite ocean jetty located in the resort, we are able to offer experiences ranging from a short sunset cocktail party, all the way through to a full day yacht charter cruise around Phuket.

THE YACHT
At Kata Rocks, we are delighted to offer a range of conference packages to suit your needs. Comfortably accommodating up to 90 people (depending on layout), The Meeting Room with its state-of-the-art technology and an open, ergonomic environment lends itself best towards conference led events, however each of our venues can offer different advantages depending on your specific requirements.
The Meeting Room overlooks the pristine, crystal blue waters of the Andaman Sea and its full height windows allow for exceptional natural light into the space and well as providing a unique backdrop for any function.
Below prices are based per person and include one lunch, morning and/or afternoon coffee break, flip chart, whiteboard with markers, sound system with microphone, standard floral arrangements, stationery, Kata Rocks drinking water and wifi internet.
